"This moment for me is a great opportunity to grow as an artisan, to take a deeper step into this life. Which honestly, is not easy. It always brings me a breath of fresh air when people like you are interested in the work that we do. For me this work is born out of love, appreciation and affection. I believe the hands are the tools of our heart and I look to create harmony by using creativity. To get to this place it takes years and years to create and believe that you can survive as an artisan. We move forward with people like you who believe in our form on expression, who observe with sensible eyes and wants to take part in our dream. We don't all know how to use the internet to our benefit or to sell our craft the world. Some of us just know how to make artesanias and sometimes it costs us to be able to sell it for a fair and just price. That's why I believe in working as a team, where we can make it and someone else can sell it. Giving the product its presentation while also appreciationg our labor. Huichol has a long history rooted in indigenous traditions of my ancestors. Creating huichol art has been one of the most beautiful things that have happened in my life and I am grateful to God for it."
